By accessing or using quiltAPI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
quiltAPI provides tools to connect data sources, transform data, and create API endpoints. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your API keys or access tokens with unauthorized parties.
Your use of the Service is subject to the limits of your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restriction of access.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to harm others, or to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may only connect a data source you own or are authorised to publish. This matters most for a published Google Sheet: anyone holding its link can read it, so the link alone tells us nothing about who owns it. We do not check, and connecting a spreadsheet you do not own breaches these terms whether or not its link was public.
If data of yours is being served through quiltAPI without your permission, email [email protected] with the subject "Content report", or open a pre-addressed message. Include the endpoint URL you saw it on, and enough about the source for us to identify it.
A person reads these. We aim to acknowledge within two business days, and we can disable an endpoint immediately while we look into it. You do not need an account to report something.
The Service is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions.
For questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected].
